Tasks

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Help us monitor, communicate, and document our Product Roadmap, Vision, and Strategy. Ensure every team knows what we're releasing and why.
• Market Pulse & Competitive Intelligence: The current world, especially due to AI, moves at light speed. You'll conduct crucial Competitor Monitoring and Market Research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor moves, and provide the data foundation for our next strategic product decisions.
• Voice of the Customer: Dig into customer feedback (surveys, tickets, interviews). You'll analyze data, craft actionable recommendations, and help drive a truly data-driven, customer-centric product evolution.
• Knowledge Enablement: Ensure our collective product knowledge is documented and accessible across the entire organization.
• Marketing & Performance: Get a 360-degree view of the business! You will assist in planning marketing campaigns from concept to launch, track key KPIs, performance metrics, and sales data, and contribute directly to the growth efforts of an MDAX company.

Qualifications

• Business or IT-related studies.
• Some previous experience in a product management, marketing, sales, customer experience, analytics or similar role (internships or working student experience).
• Excellent Powerpoint (Google Slides) and Excel (or Google Sheets) knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in working in complex multi-product environment.
• Fluent in English mandatory, German is a plus.
• PowerBI Experience is a bonus.
