- Support in setting up a new efficient filing and contract management system:
- Identifying relevant contracts and entering them into the CRM system
- Creating/updating "How To" guides and status reports
- Creating standard contracts and sending documents via DocuSign.
- Research on AI-supported contract creation.
- Maintaining master data of our customers and partners in various systems.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail when working with data is very important.
- Independence, organizational skills, and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills with creativity in problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented and service-minded.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and GSuite.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- You are available for at least 3-6 months.
