Software Developer
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our tight-knit, highly skilled team building next-gen software for a global audience. If you thrive in complex environments, love clean code, and want to work across the full stack—from low-level service design to slick UIs—this one’s for you.
You’ll be working alongside our Development Lead and Team Architect, helping shape everything from order systems and provisioning tools to customer interfaces and billing platforms. We use Vue.js on the front end, .NET Core for APIs and microservices, and deploy via GitLab CI to our OpenShift container platform.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll be part of a collaborative Agile team, solving real-world problems and delivering working products that matter. We value curiosity, pragmatism, and a healthy respect for legacy code (not everything needs a rewrite!).
This role is an ideal fit for someone who’s not just great at writing code, but also curious, thoughtful, and comfortable seeing the bigger picture. You’ll be working in a complex environment, so being able to zoom in on the details while keeping an eye on how everything fits together is key. We love developers who bring best practices but also know when to work with what’s already there. If you enjoy learning new tools, solving real problems, and making sure your software runs smoothly after it’s shipped—you’ll fit right in.
Hours / Working Pattern:
- 40/week, Monday to Friday
- Office-based, hybrid working 2-3 days/week (with flexible start/end times to help you balance life and work)
What experience do you need under your belt?
- Strong C#/.NET skills (API experience a plus)
- Solid grasp of OO design, clean coding, and testing techniques
- Experience in distributed systems and Git workflows
- Some experience with AI Workflows is useful as we expand our use within the business
Familiarity with Vue.js, React, PHP, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana is a plus—but don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all of them. We work with a broad and evolving tech stack, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with these tools in real-world scenarios. If you’re curious and open to growth, you’ll be adding these technologies to your toolkit in no time.
Salary and Benefits:
- £55,000 - £65,000 DOE and skills
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%
- Private healthcare and life assurance
- Employee assistance programmes
- Cycle and EV scheme
- Free parking close to our office
… and more!
