Learn moreAs a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our referral traffic partners, helping them maximize their monetization and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You'll act as a key contact point, managing and growing relationships while coordinating with internal teams to provide seamless support.
This is a hybrid role based in our Cologne office.
Tasks
- Support new partners with onboarding and provide guidance in the area of traffic monetization and aftercare.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing partner base.
- Analyze key performance figures on partner benefits and satisfaction, such as sales and click rates.
- Act as the first point of contact for cross-departmental partner issues, coordinating internal projects to resolve them efficiently.
- Represent Sedo at trade fairs and networking events (national/international).
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in affiliate/online marketing, sales, and/or customer care.
- A structured, organized, and hands-on mentality.
- Empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs to provide them with the best possible support.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in SEA, Media Buying, or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Technical knowledge of industry tools, platforms, advertising networks, and best practices.
