As part of the ITooling and Infrastructure Software Development team, we have a wide range of applications using many different technologies allowing us to learn and evolve in a wide area of knowledge. We are the team that sits at the base of the whole company's infrastructure.
About the team:
The team’s main projects aim to provide for System Administrators, Network Administrators and other Internal Engineers the tools necessary to manage and administer whole Data-centers, making our tools to be of critical importance. We use a very wide range of programming and scripting languages and we have deep knowledge of DevOps.
Our team is very friendly and supportive, we are constantly mentoring and helping everyone to increase their knowledge and skills as well as maintaining good communication between all of us.
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and monitor features within existing team portfolio applications;
- Create and work with high-performance and high-scale distributed microservices;
- Implement frontend applications;
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, from testing stage to production;
- Work independently when needed with minimal supervision;
- Create technical concepts when needed;
- Work with colleagues and peer teams, both local and abroad;
- Implementation of REST APIs for backend services;
- Write unit and integration tests;
- Participate to the team ceremonies.
We appreciate:
- Excelent Java language and ecosystem knowledge, 4+ years of experience;
- Spring and Hibernate/JPA;
- Excelent frontend development abilities, Angular preferred;
- Ability to take on technical concepts and deliver solution for project initiatives;
- Microservice oriented architecture, performance and scalability concerns;
- Experience with building RESTful Web Services;
- Experience with build tools and versioning systems (Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Sonar);
- Experience with cloud-native environments such as Docker, Kubernetes;
- Good written and verbal English skills.
