Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in global implementation projects for Time off and Time tracking covering multiple countries. As a SuccessFactors Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting mostly our Time Off and Time Tracking processes, but also other Success factors topics and ensuring seamless integration with our existing HR systems.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Time Off and Time Tracking modules in SuccessFactors, considering compliance with global and local regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define configuration and implementation plans
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure modules meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Time Off and Time Tracking, working closely with team members and external parties (eg: implementation partner support) 
  • Serve as subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules - the second level point of contact for system needs - and resolve issues with local HR Admins/HRBPs
  • Deliver frontline support for SAP SuccessFactors and other systems as identified and necessary, addressing user inquiries, system errors and improvement ideas
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation of global SuccessFactors projects, covering multiple countries and regions
  • Support integration projects - CultureAmp, Cornerstone, SAP Concur, Greenhouse, Centric
  • Support HR Teams with their questions, concerns and requests regarding system functionality, reporting and mass uploads

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Time Off and Time Tracking modules
  • At least 1 implementation cycle for Time off and/or Time tracking from requirement gathering to go-live, ideally covering multiple countries and regions
  • Experience with SAP/SF support resources, including SAP Community Network, SAP Notes, and SAP Support Portal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and time management
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools, such as SAP Data Services or SAP BusinessObjects
  • Experience in implementation projects for IT companies
  • Certification in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, or willingness to obtain certification
