About the team:

Our mission is to  build a modern ecosystem used by all IONOS employees, by integrating and connecting some of the best in class tools for internal purpose: Intranet, Employee self service portal, Learning and training, Performance.

The team is working directly with the HR business partners to define the business needs and develop solutions for the agreed topics.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as technical counterpart for the team members and the business partners;
  • Review and define technical options for the functional use cases;
  • Develop needed integrations;
  • Responsible for change management for technical aspects of the platform (SSO, network);
  • Keep in touch with technical external counterparts for integrations;
  • Implement  the standards and guidelines for software development;
  • Responsible for Incident management.

We appreciate:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a SysAdmin role;
  • Solid understanding  of Identity management, basic networking;
  • Ability to be part of defining scope and use cases based on business needs;
  • Experience with scripting programming languages (Python).

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in a role oriented towards internal users;
  • Experience with ticketing system.
