Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) - Hybrid

We are looking for a new Project Manager for the Arsys Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programmes and project plans to achieve business objectives and drive innovation in IT projects. 
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact IT projects on time and within budget, delivering value to our customers. 
• Manage and evolve Project portfolio management process. Support corporate PMO and portfolio administration.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with CTO PMO leader.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with IT projects effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or PMP / PM2 / Prince II / Agile certifications are a plus.
• 5+ Experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry with a track record of delivering strategic IT projects successfully.
• 3+ Experience managing project portfolio processes and PMOs.
• Excellent team management abilities to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Deep knowledge and experience with Atlassian suite (admin role is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and reporting to the board.
• Very good level of English (C1, C2).
