IT Service Working Student for IT Service Bucharest team (hybrid)

About the team:

IT Service team is responsible for internal user support regarding company PC’s, printers, voip desk phones, and related equipment and services.

About the Working Student program:

This program is intended for students (currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program) who want to gain experience, following what they learned in a specialized faculty, to become IT specialists.

Main responsibilities:

• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software;
• Monitor requests received through the IT Service channels;
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses;
• Deploying hardware setup for new employees.

We appreciate:

• Currently enrolled in a technical bachelor degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Telecommunications);
• General knowledge regarding end user IT&C devices;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• English language.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of common network protocols.
