Chief Customer Officer Dr Martin Endress to leave IONOS SE at the end of his term - Dr Jens Reich to succeed him

Karlsruhe / Berlin, 20 June 2023. Dr Martin Endress, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of IONOS SE, will leave the company at the end of his four-year term of office on 30 September 2023 to pursue new professional challenges. His responsibilities will be taken over by Dr Jens Reich, who, in addition to his new role as Chief Commercial Officer of IONOS Group SE, will also join the Management Board of IONOS SE on 1 July. 

Endress has been responsible for existing customer management as CCO of IONOS since 2019, during which time he has significantly increased both sales strength and customer loyalty. He has also managed the sales activities of IONOS Cloud and successfully built up the company's partner programmes.

Jens Reich was most recently Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of the delivery service Hello Fresh Inc. in the USA. He was responsible for Marketing & Growth with the areas of new and existing customers as well as Brand Marketing of the US business. In other positions, he previously worked for the European omnichannel optician Mister Spex and the Boston Consulting Group, among others. Reich holds a doctorate in business administration from RWTH Aachen University.
