Unlike traditional support centers, we work in product-oriented teams and take care of the problem from start to finish in order to solve it to the customer's satisfaction.
As a member of STRATO Customer Service, you are not the proverbial “telephone order taker”, quite the opposite. Regardless of whether you already have previous experience or simply fancy something new and are joining us as a career changer: With us, you will be trained to become an Internet professional! You will help our customers to be successful with their web presence by supporting them in solving problems and thus creating a positive service experience.
Tasks
- In order to be well prepared for the work, you will undergo a 4-week induction program and receive comprehensive product, communication and writing training, among other things.
- You will advise our customers on questions about their products by phone, email and ticket system.
- As a customer and product expert, you will identify optimization potential and make suggestions for improvement.
- Your commercial and technical expertise is in demand! - You pass on the input collected from our customers about the products and our processes to our product management and thus make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our offers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German (C1).
- You are interested in technical topics and want to learn more about internet products such as web hosting, e-commerce, cloud.
- You have your heart in the right place, are always friendly and courteous and keep your cool even in challenging situations.
- Completed training is an advantage, but not a must.
- Experience in direct or telephone customer contact is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts (incl. weekends and public holidays).
